Mark C. Davis

Mark Davis is a private investor and co-chair of Lank Acquisition Corp., which invests in minority and majority positions in public and private companies. He has more than 30 years of experience in senior investment banking roles, including leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase and Salomon Brothers. At JPMorgan Chase, Davis served as head of the merger and acquisition group, head of general industry investment banking and vice chairman of investment banking. His tenure at Salomon Brothers included roles such as co-head of mergers and acquisitions and head of the leveraged buyout group. 
 
Davis has also held positions at Kidder, Peabody & Co., and has served on the boards of Worthington Enterprises, Scott Paper Co., Valassis Industries Inc. and Manhattanville College, where he chaired the finance committee. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
