Through education partnerships, our Worthington Steel Workforce Experience, Manufacturing Day, Internship Program and more, there are many ways we share open positions and invest in showcasing career opportunities in manufacturing.
Practicing good citizenship, supporting meaningful causes and encouraging our people to actively participate in community life has long been a part of Our Philosophy.
In 2025, we celebrated a major milestone: 70 years in business. As part of the celebration, we launched 70 For Good, a companywide challenge to support 70 nonprofit organizations through service projects, donation drives and community engagement.
In addition, The Worthington Companies Foundation, jointly funded by Worthington Steel and Worthington Enterprises, contributed $3.1 million to 73 nonprofit organizations focused on health, human services, youth & education and civic causes.
