Our goal is zero - zero accidents and injuries, 365 days a year. We believe our company-wide safety goals of Zero DART and Zero Recordables are attainable. And through the SafeWorks program, founded in our BRITE behavior-based process and our internal safety awards program, employees are developing safe work habits and being rewarded for making safety a priority with that goal of zero in mind.

We comply with all federal, state and local environmental, health and safety laws and strive to exceed industry standards for EHS practices. All Worthington Steel facilities are certified to the ISO 14000 environmental management standard and the OHSAS 18001 health and safety management standard.
