Chrome-free Steel Coating for Lubrication and Corrosion Resistance

PrimaCoat is a high-lubricity, acrylic-based coating. The steel coil is passed through either a vertical or horizontal roll-coater that applies the PrimaCoat material. The coil then passes through either an induction or infrared furnace to cure the coating. Chrome free, it provides clean, primary lubrication and corrosion resistance. PrimaCoat can be used as a pre-paint primer or final top-coat for your metal process.
