Worthington Steel’s WInfoNet system and scheduling flexibility, paired with our close proximity to Arrow’s manufacturing facilities, allow us to offer them a galvanized-to-stock program. Worthington Steel galvanizes master coils to Arrow’s specifications and holds the material as needed until final slitting specifications are made, reducing Arrow’s lead-time without requiring them to keep excess inventory. And Arrow uses our online WInfoNet material release system to check inventory levels, view and release material and see the material’s chemical and mechanical properties in real-time.

In addition to accessing information on their material with the click of a mouse, we regularly share our industry knowledge and experience with customers. Worthington Steel quality and production staff visit Arrow monthly to discuss business levels, operational efficiencies and ideas for continuous improvement.
