ORDER TRACKING

The Worthington Information Network, or WInfoNet, is an internet-based customer self-service application that enables customers to view material certifications and ready weight, release material and place orders, and view shipment status and bills of lading.

WInfoNet is accessed through a secure connection using a standard internet browser from anywhere. It is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to provide valuable customer information on demand, not just during standard business hours.

Additional WInfoNet modules allow for vendor-managed inventory (ICA), customer forecast reporting and Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN) processing.
